Why a Fly-In?

The object of a fly-in is to give pilots an excuse to go somewhere to meet other like minded people, it is also to give non-flyers the chance to meet the aviators and perhaps get interested in light aviation themselves.

Why do "Osprey" members hold Fly-Ins?

To put something back into the hobby that we derive so much pleasure from.  To encourage our members to come along and get involved.

Are there other Fly-Ins?

Yes, indeed, there are many at various UK locations.  In our area Popham, Compton Abbas, Old Sarum and Sandown (IOW) are all worth a visit.
